Returns

In the unfortunate event that your product is defective, please contact our staff promptly, and upon verifying the defect, we will ship a replacement to you.

Please be aware that we cannot accept returns for purchases from retailers, products bought in error, or items damaged due to customer mishandling.

Moreover, we do not accept returns for non-defective items or incorrectly delivered items beyond our 30-day money-back guarantee period.

To initiate a return request, kindly reach out to our support team via email. Upon approval of your claim, you will be instructed to return the items to our global warehouse in either California, Texas, or Pennsylvania (whichever is nearer). Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We are committed to customer satisfaction and offer a 30-day return policy. If for any reason you are not wholly pleased with your purchase, return the product within 30 days of receipt, and we'll process a refund promptly once we have received your product.

The cost of return shipping and label is the customer's responsibility. Once your return claim has been approved, you will need to organize your return shipping and drop off the package at your local courier office.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will receive an email from us confirming receipt and notifying you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within a specific number of days.

Please ensure that the returned product is in its original, functional condition, complete with original packaging and all accessories. The refund will only be processed after our team verifies receipt and compliance with our money-back guarantee policy.

Eligibility for our 30-day return & refund policy requires that your item be returned in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you are yet to receive a refund, please allow 3-8 business days and consistently monitor your bank account.

If still not reflected, contact your credit card company as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please email us without delay at customerservice@thelaez.com. We can issue an unconditional refund if you cancel your purchase within 1 hour. For cancellations made after this time, you will need to return the items to us upon receipt.
